Our business is based on one thing: INTEGRITY.
“Superman once told me, ‘You have already learned some of the most important principles you will ever need to know: compassion for our fellow human beings, the aspiration to be champions in all arenas of life, and the desire to make a difference. Take those principles with you and hold them close.’” - Jenny Bell, principal

After a year as a bartender, I landed a job as a marketing director for a growing company. After 5 years at the job, I decided that it was time to take a leap of faith and start working for myself. Since I made my first newspaper on a Macintosh 128k in 1986 using MacPaint, I have worked in various design and marketing jobs, and have always enjoyed the ever-developing possibilities that are inherit in the business. With technology always evolving, so do the opportunities for working with the new and exciting.
Everyone asks, "how can you just quit your job and start a business in this kind of economic climate?" The short answer - If not now, when? The long answer - What better time than when things seem the bleakest? A new day has broken, things have started to change, opportunities are arising. There is a need for a company like mine in the world, and everything is going to be better than okay.
I graduated in 2007 from The Ohio State University with a degree in English and an enthusiasm to work in modes of contemporary design and communication. I returned to college after a decade of work in various jobs, from waiting tables at a comedy club to banking to public relations for a state historical museum, and I have learned that personal experience is as essential to good design, communication, and artistry as academic proficiency and technical prowess.
Since graduation, I have had writing published in print and online, and I have done layout and design for two established literary publications. Most of my design experience and interest is in working to create compelling combinations of words and images, often blurring the lines between the two until the visual and the textual become unique, coherent, evocative, and sometimes challenging, graphemes in the living contemporary language.
And I take pictures of people’s cats with my mobile phone.
